AllisonWatches: Once Upon A Time: Episode 6

Awww I feel so bad for Prince Charming!  That must be so scary, having amnesia and not knowing who you are, even if it’s a fake life.

HA!!! Regina having a friend!  That makes me hysterical.

YEAH!!!! Finally some Prince Charming sword action!!! Whoop Whoop!!!  Ooooh a DRAGON!!!!  Ooohhhhhooooo!!!! I’m liking where this episode is going already!

Wait what??? He dies??? HOW?? HUH???  Oh.  Rumplestilskin.  Of course.  Twin brother.  Of course.  What a curveball.

And awww I just want David and Mary Margaret together!!! This is so upsetting.  EEEEEKKKKK!!!!!! DAVID LEFT HIS WIFE!!!!!!

This dragon sequence was done beautifully.  From the actual animation to the music, It was beautiful.  I loved it.

Awwwwwwww!!!! David is so romantic!!! His final ultimatum to Mary Margaret…. So cute.

Aaaahhhh!!! So that’s how Charming became engaged to another woman!  So insane.  But I love that now we can start to connect the dots.

Awww! And now we know the story of the ring!  This moment with Charming and his mother is just heart-breaking.

OMG.  He would remember now that he’s told Mary Margaret he has feelings for her.  David would go back to his life now.  Typical.  Unbelievable.

YAY!!! I’m glad Emma found out about Regina and the Sherriff.  Glad someone knows now.

Hahahahahaha “Can I buy you a drink?” “You can buy me 2.”

Allison Watches: Once Upon A Time Episode 5

Well, once again, I’m sitting down in front of the TV watching an episode of Once Upon A Time.  So far, I’ve been loving this show.  It’s packed full of action, and it never ceases to capture my attention.

Do I think there’s something related to the curse in the mines that collapsed/reopened?  Absolutely.  If not, why else would the “mayor” be so interested in keeping Henry away from it?

Awwww!  I feel so bad that “John Doe” or whoever we are calling him right now has a wife.  It’s just so sad.

I can’t believe Henry went into the tunnels by himself!  That’s gutsy!  I know I could never do that!  And now he’s stuck.  Typical.

As the episode wraps up, I do think it ended things pretty nicely.  While it left a few unanswered questions, like every episode before it, the specific storyline of that episode is wrapped up nice and cleanly, which is an aspect of the show which I love.  We see Henry rescued from the mine, we see Jiminy transformed into a cricket, but we also see the mayor drop something back into the mines…

Overall, another great episode.  I like the additional break from Snow White’s story, but I’m ready for more of hers.  I hope the next episode had more of it.  I love how the episodes include little bits and pieces about the town changing back to its original state, like the clock moving again or the crickets returning again in this episode.  Such great minor details.

What did you guys think of this episode?

Summer Plans/Update!

Hey everyone!

I hope you are all doing well.  My life is currently filled with beginning to work at my jobs for the summer and unpacking all of my belongings from school and attempting to see my friends that I haven’t seen while I was at school.  Such fun!

It’s been a hard adjustment living at home again.  I suddenly feel like my freedom has been cut off.  Going from living on my own and being able to do what I want, when I want was such a luxury, and having that taken away has been a difficult adjustment.  But I’ll deal somehow.  It’ll just take some time to get used to.

Unpacking has been another story.  I’ve also rearranged all the furniture in my room, so I’ve also been going through all of the things in my room.  I’ve been getting rid of things, packing up things to go in the basement, and such, and reorganizing everything.  It’s been quite a project.  But a fun one.  It’s just taking a bit longer then I originally anticipated.

For the summer, I plan on working at two jobs.  I’ve already started working at Cy’s, a small, family owned, swimsuit and tuxedo rental shop in my town.  And I’ll soon be starting up at Target again.  Hopefully between those two jobs I’ll be able to make a decent amount of cash to put in the bank for living off of and student loans and things.

Other than that, I’ll continue my job search and sending out as many applications as I can.  And I’ll try and squeeze in some fun in between.  J

I hope everyone is doing well, and having a good day!  I will talk to you guys soon.  Please leave a comment below and let me know what type of blog posts you would like to see in the future!  I will try to work on any and all requests I get in the future.  Talk to you soon.

AllisonFit: Couch 2 5K

Are you a runner?  Have you ever thought about starting to run but don’t know how to get into it?

This running program is how I’m finally getting into running, and is also what I’m using to get into the best shape of my life.  I’m super excited about it, I’m not going to lie to you.  The overall program is designed for beginners that want to begin exercising but need to start at a slow, easy pace, and by the end of the 9 week workout program (just 3 workouts a week), you’ll be ready to run a 5K.  If that sounds like something that you need or something that appeals to you, than this workout is for you.

I just finished workout one yesterday, and I have to tell you, I’m feeling great.  I was expecting to feel worn out, sore, and miserable, but instead I feel energized and more…. Good then I did before.  (yes I know that’s bad grammar)

This workout also comes with a treadmill version, so if you prefer to workout on the machine as opposed to running outside (like I do), then you are able to do the adapted version of the workout.

Overall, I’m really enjoying the workout, and I’ve only done one workout.  I’ll definitely give you a more in depth review of the workout once I’ve progressed more into it and have completed a few weeks of it.  On that note, I’ll leave it here for today, and I hope you’ll all give this workout routine a try!  And good luck on  your other workout endeavors!
