Recipe Corner – Chunky Monkey Shake


For those of you that follow me on Pinterest, you may have seen this delectable treat on my “Yummy” board.  But, if you don’t, or didn’t see it, have no fear, for it is here!

Chunky Monkey Shake

1 Banana
1 tbs peanut butter
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup ice

Blend well.
Enjoy!

I absolutely love making this shake, especially for breakfast, or even as a mid-afternoon snack.  One of the best things about the shake is not only does it taste amazing, but it is also packed with protein.
