Chunky Monkey Shake
1 Banana
1 tbs peanut butter
1 cup chocolate milk
1 cup ice
Blend well.

I absolutely love making
this shake, especially for breakfast, or even as a mid-afternoon snack. One of the best things about the shake is not
only does it taste amazing, but it is also packed with protein.
